Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid Addoners hosting and infrastructure services. Free downloads are not purchases and do not create a refund claim.

Addoners software, shader packs, and other downloads are provided digitally. Because a download can be accessed immediately, we do not promise refunds for free or completed digital downloads.

If a paid digital product is ever offered, its checkout terms will state any product specific cancellation or refund rights before payment.

Paid hosting services are billed according to the selected plan. Refund requests are reviewed against the order, payment status, service delivery, and the circumstances of the request. A refund is not automatic and may be declined where a service was delivered, used, or suspended for a breach of the Terms of Service.

Any approved refund is returned through the original payment method where practical. Bank or payment-provider processing times are outside Addoners control.

Email [email protected] with the account email, order or invoice reference, and a clear explanation of the request. Do not send passwords, API keys, or payment card details.
